United States Congressional Commendation, October, 1994, Congressman Phillip Crane, Illinois, for innovative juvenile crime prevention programs.
State Commendation, June, 1995, State of Louisiana, Melinda Schwegmann, Lieutenant Governor, for creation of The National Juvenile Crime Prevention Process.
Creator of Computer Based Ethics Training Software for employees and children.
First organization in history to develop ethical dilemma simulation training that implants an ethical decision-making process into the long-term memory of children, to help them overcome dilemmas about drugs, guns, and violence.
Twelve state governments have acquired the Institute to provide either a series of Integrity Leadership seminars or the Ethics Instructor Certification seminar.
First training provider in history to offer ethics/integrity related law enforcement education with college credit over the Internet.
The Institute has presented over 500 leadership workplace seminars throughout America.
Only organization in history to conduct nation-wide research of law enforcement officers who have been totally decertified by their state. The research findings have changed the national state-of-the-art of police ethics training.
First organization in history to develop an Employee Awards & Intervention System computer software program that tracks indicators that agency should intervene to provide positive recognition or employees assistance for an employee.
First organization in history to begin literally "certifying" law enforcement agencies in integrity. The Certification in Integrity process is bestowed upon departments that meet seven predetermined standards.
First organization in history to develop audio and video tape ethical dilemma simulation training that anchors an ethical decision-making process into the long-term memory of participants. Still the world's sole provider for such training.
First organization to develop law enforcement ethics Computer Based Training.
Established a new, higher national standard for the training of field training officers, with the development of the Advanced Field Training Seminar.
